    Parts Delivery & Returns

    For verified quality-related issues covered by warranty, eligible replacement parts ship without additional shipping charges. U.S. deliveries are estimated at 2–10 business days after dispatch; Mexico delivery may take longer.

    Please do not return equipment until CARROT TOOL provides return instructions.
